I would like to begin with a few words about me.
I am Petros Skordas, a certified personal trainer by GRAFTS HELLAS. I started training seriously back in 2016 while studying for Computer Science in Greece. After graduating and completing my military duty, I decided to increase my knowledge around training even further and I participated in the Personal Training lessons, which I successfully completed in 2021. I love the combination of bodyweight calisthenics and weight - resistance workouts. Throughout my training journey, I discovered that you become a lot stronger by implementing both methods.
Why are you here?

What's included?
Now that I have already answered you the WHO and the WHY, I am going to tell you WHAT you can find inside my training guide.

6 complete workout plans for all muscle groups​. Exactly the workouts I am following to be in this great shape.

Every workout corresponds to 1 month of training (4 weeks)

Every month has a different workout with specific exercises, sets, repetitions and period of rest and there is a reason why the exercises are placed in that order.​

The guide is focused on resistance training (bodyweight and weight exercises)

My training system is a 4 day split, hitting every muscle twice a week. This means upper body and lower body workouts.

The workouts are hypertrophy focused.

Keep in mind that it is not for beginners. Do not purchase if you just started training.
